Assignment of Mathcad 14 License

I have been using Mathcad 14 for many years. After upgrading to a new PC, I tried to reinstall Mathcad 14, but the licensing process failed. The website returned the following message:

The remote server returned an error: 403 Forbidden.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hi,
Yes, I got help and reinstalled Mathcad on my new PC. But it was necessary to pass by the WEB page which asks me for the installation for a single station. And with this WEB page I finished the installation.
Thank you for your help

Regards

Support for Mathcad (all versions) and Prime (up to and including version 6) ended a couple of years ago, see here.

For licensing you need to contact PTC support directly, as this forum is for and (mostly) by users of the software.

To reach PTC support try the following links:

How did you bypass the Website?  I've got the exact same problem and I'm getting zero help from PTC.
