Creo 6.0 Renewal

Hi!

my license for Creo Student 6.0 is expiring in a few days. Whenever I try to renew it, it says that my account is not verified.

I tried to rest the password several times, but the problem is always the same: customer not verified.

What could be the problem?

Hi,

try changing your password (as mentioned in https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Education-Forum/License-renewal-issue-customer-not-verified/m-p/731070 discussion). Use ascii characters only in new password.
