Hello Again!

We are facing the same issue annually and have been struggling to get the  software up and running.

We are a FIRST FTC team and currently have been using Creo 6.0 for 3d printing.  Our Product code has expired and we are at a standstill.  Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Lawrence West

Hi,

maybe you can remove files from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory and try installing Creo 7.0 - see below codes.

K-12 students can use Product code BE700908EDSTUDENTEDK12
University students can use Product code BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI

If Creo 7.0 is installed successfully, then you can use its license file to launch any previous Creo release.
