DSQ.exe error...

We have a server that contains an installation of Creo/Elements (WF5). We
only use this server in batch mode, to perform other tasks. Recently,
those tasks quit functioning, and after rebooting the machine, we are
getting an error about there being something wrong with the DSQ.exe file.
(unfortunately, I don't have the exact message or screenshot right now)

Doing a quick search on dsq.exe turns up that it's a virus, but this
machine doesn't have any user interaction, and doesn't have any type of
mail on it, so it's hard to believe that it has a virus. And, only a few
people even have access to this machine, so it getting a virus is really a
stretch.

Has anyone else had this, and what is the cause?

DSQ.exe is the PTC process name for the Distributed Pro/BATCH Server Queue process. Are you guys using that software?
