How to restrict creation of std.out/std.err file to only when ProE crashes?

What settings create the std.out/std.err file?

I know it is debug file created when ProE crashes, giving INFO.

Right now it is creating every time and writing the entire INFO message. The size of the file is becoming large and is causing performance issues.

Is there any setting in config.pro file is creating the std.out or std.err file always?

Don't think there is a setting to keep Pro E from creating the std.out. Just modify your Pro E startup batch file to delete the std.out or move it somewhere for archival purposes. Our batch file cleans the Pro E startup directory every time Pro is launched. It moves all the files to a dated and timestamped folder.
