Transferring Mathcad License from Existing Host ID to New Host ID
This process yields the same result as before, the prompt just tells me I don't have enough licenses.
You can find the answer for this issue in the following thread earlier - "Reached the maximum number of license request": https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad/Reached-the-maximum-number-of-license-request/td-p/704852
The link provided leads the the same screen as shown above. Will I need to charge back the product? I can't find any way to call support directly. I just need to use the product I purchased, and the website is bouncing me around the same 4 screens.
the USA website you linked is a 404. The phone number you linked is unavailable. Please provide a phone number that works.
Well, the Support pages are outside of things I have control of (or knowledge of). I didn't know that mathcad_contacts page still exists; it probably shouldn't if the American number is incorrect.
This number, as far as I know, is right: https://www.mathcad.com/en/support/customer-support-guide/contact/contact-by-phone-americas
Edit: Oh, I see you've tried calling that number. ...Maybe today will be better.
I have the exact same issue you did here, how did you end up solving it?
this issue has not been resolved, support is unresponsive and I'm considering a charge back.
Hello,
You should request for a license manually by providing your Mathcad product code and physical address of Ethernet adapter using the following web case logger:
http://support.ptc.com/support/mathcad_supportCenterSingleUser.htm
The license file will be sent via E-mail.

Não funciona. Informa sempre a mesma coisa: "Thank you for using Mathcad. You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type. To upgrade to the latest version of Mathcad, please visit store.ptc.com." Como resolver?
Hello TD_12885932,
Using this link http://support.ptc.com/support/mathcad_supportCenterSingleUser.htm you should be able to request for a license.
You may refer to How to obtain Mathcad Single User and Student Licenses?
For guidance on identifying the product code, please refer to How to Locate or Find Product Code for Single User and Student Edition of Mathcad?
Or Submit a Support Request.
Hope this helps.
