Hello all,I am using the Collection widget in ThingWorx 9.3.3 to display a group of two mashups with different colors to simulate a percentage bar. I have nine simulated percentage bars like this, each separated by different containers in the main mashup.On the main mashup, I am executing a service every 30 seconds using Auto Refresh. The data from this service should set the width of the mashups using the "CellWidthField" property in the Collection. I know that the Auto Refresh is working because I can see the percentage values updating every 30 seconds. However, the width of the mashups does not change accordingly, it only updates when I manually refresh the page. As you can see in the first image, the second percentage bar (which is 100% and red) should fill the entire row like the first one.The second image shows the correct behavior, but only after a manual page refresh. Creo 8:  Well, ain't this peachy.  Got a large assembly in a couple different configurations/Reps (some parts not used in certain Reps), and if you create the dwg view using a Rep, but then change the Rep at the assy level, the BOM will change but the dwg view WILL NOT.  Replacing the Rep for that view, or everything else I tried, DO NOT WORK.  The only thing that worked was DELETING the view, and putting a new General view in it's place. Nice, especially since it's a large assy with a bunch of sheets.  So, my "Pro/WORKAROUND" is to NOT make dwg views until you are 100% sure the Reps won't change.   Must be all that "Enhanced Functionality" PTC keeps crowing about when they waste time giving us confusing new interfaces, but spend zero time fixing bugs...you know, like that "split cylinder" BUG, or the one where threads don't show up in the model except in wireframe viewing mode, or.......   Anyone else run into this issue?

Looking for a way in a drawing to show the back side of a connector with all of the positions for where a wire could be to be numbered. So in a drawing once the connector is shown (like the ide view from the flat harn file) I can add that photo along with a table to show where each wire goes in the connector. I know I can just show a view of the rear of the connector but I don't know of a way to add numbers or letters and make it something that I can save and just drag in when needed. Added a picture of what I'm looking to do.

Hi Community,Is there a way to set a condition in PartsLink 12.0 that works like a "required if"?So if PartsLink attribute “Type” == “mechanical”, then attributes 1 and 2 must be required.If PartsLink attribute “Type” == “electrical”, then attributes 3 and 4 must be required.The AI says that this is available from version 11 onwards, but I can't find anything. Is this a hallucination, or can someone explain to me how to set this up?Thanks in advanceBR Simon

We want to export a pvz as obj (or any other 3D-format that Unreal Engine supports).If we import the .pvz as geometry model into Creo Parametric, we get a few error reports without context. The export for all other components work fine but the ones with errors don´t get exported with them.If we import it as automatic (or facet) to Creo Parametric, we have no errors but 0 triangles on export.Are there any reasons why some components are faulty imported as geometry model?We did not create said pvz file, could this be a problem on the creators side, either while creating or exporting?we have tried pretty much everything we found online, please help!!

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.2How to have reference documents into a package depending on the state of the document? I would like to add a wtpart associated with some reference documents of a particular state into a package. Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: We have several Configurable Reference Links connecting various types of Parts and Documents. When we have added the different objects to a Part, we would also like to be able to see on the object which Part the object is connected to.Description: Somehow I don't see the linked objects in the Reference Parent Objects table and I can't seem to find any help on the issue.Have I lost something in the setup? (Reference Links can easily be created and attribute values passed over)Any good leads on this?

HalloIch habe das Problem, dass 8 Bauteile aus meiner Baugruppe (ca. 50 Teile) nicht mehr geöffnet werden können und in der Baugruppe auch nicht mehr angezeigt werden. Es wurden schon Zeichnungen dazu erstellt, die sich jetzt auch nicht mehr öffnen lassen. Die Teile wurden aber seit einem Monat nicht mehr verändert, oder umbenannt, oder auch anders Referenziert. Wie kann ich die wiederherstellen, ohne das ich wieder von Anfang an beginnen muss? Ich benutze Creo 10 und es wurde alles auf einem USB-Stick gespeichert. Ich habe auch schon alles auf einen anderen USB-Stick kopiert, der aber auch den selben Fehler anzeigt.

Hi everyone, I'm a fairly new user, but I've been getting comfortable with most of the tools: using sketches, datums, and building surfaces. I've been working on a project and I'm stuck on one part that I’d really appreciate some guidance on. I’m trying to model a back surface (see images below) that has a complex 3D curvature. I initially tried using the Intersect tool, but it didn’t give me the full shape I needed; it only creates sketches at the intersection of two surfaces, and this back surface seems to requires at least three reference surfaces or profiles to fully capture the curvature. I’m trying to approach it using 3D sketches and datums to define guide curves and then generate a surface from those. I’d prefer this more parametric and controlled route over something like the Warp tool. But I haven’t found a clean way to do this yet. The curvature is irregular enough that I’m not sure how to lay out the sketches or organize the build sequence.Has anyone tac

However, the garbage collection rate and heap memory usage continue to increase, resulting in errors in use.It's difficult to understand why this issue persists despite no significant changes to the Windchill system or significant changes in the number of users. Could this be due to a sudden garbage collector issue?

Imported step file of a cable created through the cabling add-in doesn't show up. As in the model of the cable is in the model tree, but doesn't show up in the graphics window. When modifying the original cable by removing locations to simplify the routing and re-exporting to step and importing it, the step file shows up.AP214 is being used. Cable surfaces is selected in export. What breaks the import/export for cables? Can complex geometry or bends break it?

I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.6I have a service in my Historian DB Thing to get the Historian data for a PiPoint for a day period from the historian database, when I manually run this service, it always return correct data. this service contains following code: select tag, FORMAT([time],'dd-MMM-yyyy hh:mm:ss.fff tt') time, value, status from piarchive..piinterp2 where tag=[[PIPoint]] AND time >= [[st]] AND time < [[st]] + '+1d' AND time < '*' AND timestep = [[step]] Then I have another service which loop through all PiPoint and load the data for each one and save the data into a SqlServcer database. This service runs every two hours on a schedule and calls the service above to retrieve PiPoint data. The isssue is when the above serivce is called in this service, it works one or two times in a day, while other times it returns 0 rows which I confirmed using logging (there is data in the historian db). The code was never changed since it was implemented last year and i
