Hi Community,We are running Windchill RV&S with custom Item Types that support file attachments. A question has come up around what happens when a user deletes an attachment from an item — specifically around recoverability.We have already confirmed with our database team that we are running Oracle DB with point-in-time recovery available and a 14-day backup retention policy with full + incremental + archivelog backups.What we are still unclear on is the application-level storage design. Specifically: Are attachments stored in the Oracle database (as BLOBs), in a filesystem vault, or split across both? When an attachment is deleted from an item, is it a soft delete or hard delete at the application level? Does RV&S run a vault garbage collection job, and if so, how is it configured and how frequently does it typically run? Is there a built-in audit trail in RV&S that logs attachment deletions (user + timestamp)? What is the recommended recovery path if a user accide

I am using CodebeamerX Release 4.2 and Datecode4.2 We have configured the OpenID Configuration using Microsoft Entra authentication provider. After the configuration is done we tried to hit the below API with our instance URL to check whether the generated access token from the client id, client secret and the token uri is valid or not. API - http://10.13.27.208:8080/cb/api/v3/users/findByName?name=AutomationSyncUser Response received was Not authenticated. So is there any other options or any missing configuration to be done additionally in CodbeamerX configuration to make the Access token usable. I am using PTC RV&S (formerly Integrity Lifecycle Manager) Release 13.0 and Datecode13.0.0.6 Item modified, changes are recognized via Visual Diff, but member revision not updated on checkin. I am using PTC RV&S (formerly Integrity Lifecycle Manager) Release 13.1 and Datecode13.1.0.6 소스 형상관리 SCM 문의입니다. 사용자가 Sandbox 에서 Resynchronize 시에 파일을 제대로 받지 못하는 현상이 발생한다고 합니다. 어쩔때는 받아도 원본파일명(abcd12.h)이 아닌 SID217226882926236075.tmp 같은 temp파일로 받아지기만 한다고 합니다. 근데 또 파일 사이즈는 같다고 하네요. 이런 현상을 해결하는 방법이 있을까요? Resynchronize 하고 모든 파일이 정상적으로 받았는지 확인 할 수 있는 방법이 있는지요?

I’m having issues with the permissions required to run a test case. I tried different configurations but for now only admin can run a test case. When the run is initiated, then a tester can finish the test run. Regular uses don’t have the menu to run a test case into the test run tracker. Is there something specific in the permissions that need to be enabled?

I am using PTC RV&S (formerly Integrity Lifecycle Manager) Release 12.4 and Datecode12.4.0.0 We are currently running PTC Windchill RV&S 12.4.0.0. Our licensing is managed with FlexNet 11.17.1.0 on Windows Server 2016. We need to update FlexNet to 11.19.6 or 11.19.8, and need to confirm compatibility with PTC Windchill RV&S 12.4.0.0. Can you please confirm: 1) Whether Windchill RV&S 12.4.0.0 supports FlexNet 11.19.6/11.19.8. 2) Whether the existing PTC vendor daemon and licence file can be retained or need updating. 3) Any specific FlexNet or OS requirements for this combination.

Currently, in Review Hub, reviewers can approve, reject, or comment on review items. These events trigger notifications for reviewers and moderators when the last checkbox is selected. However, there is no separate action for individual reviewer to explicitly mark their review as completed and send a notification such as "Review completed by XYZ" to the moderators/author. 

We would need the possibility to choose on tracker field level which field should be visible when the user hovers the mouse over the item’s icon. Now only Description is shown.This change would significantly increase the user experience as reviews would be possible to be conducted much faster. Right now, extra window needs to be opened which results in time being lost.
