Mathcad Installation

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.1.0The attached file crashes every time I change 'k'.Here are the errors that I facedNo warning. It just shuts itself down.

I have bought a license for mathcad but i have not received anything from PTC. I am not able to do anything and PTC are completely unreachable by phone nor the global support mail.I need to activate my account which is not possible since i have not received anything from PTC.

I am using Mathcad Release 15.0 and DatecodeM045One user trying to open a DataFiles Folder .dat file and when they click Load Data nothing happens. It will not populate the Project Name, Wall No, or any of the other project information that the .dat file contains. However, the same project file works for every other user. Even on the same existing machine. We believed this would be windows profile specific issue but we completely blew the users profile away and had them log back in to create new profile with the same results. While I understand this product is end of life, we still have certain FDOT (Florida DOT) projects that they rely on us using this until the tools this old product provide can be resolved by new versions. We are sincerely hoping you may have suggestions and options for similar issues from past that you can provide input on.Here are the errors that I facedProject Information from .dat file will simply just not load for this one user only.

Always when i start MathCad, it starts with the wrong email, so my license doesn´t work because it´s on the other email. The problem is, that i can´t change the email

I'm reinstalling this in a new personal laptop, but the license server at PTC is giving an error: (403) Forbidden. I was under the impression that I had a permanent license even as a migrate to upgraded computers. Please advise.

How can I get MathCad to update my MathCad 14 license? I installed a new internal hard disk drive.  It has a different MAC Address.  Consequently MathCad will not open and run. I need a set of  step by step instructions to get and install a new MathCad 14 License.

I used the MCD converter to convert an old worksheet. The converter changed a conditional statement from IF-OTHERWISE-RETURN to IF-ELSE-RETURN. It stated the results are still accurate, but that is not entirely the case. I don't know how to change it back to the original conditional statement. Is there a way to change it?

I have a product key for the student version of MathCad Prime. I attempted to set up the license on my laptop but selected the wrong Laptop host ID. I need assistance changing the Laptop host ID associated with my license so that I can access it on my laptop. I have both the incorrect and correct host ID as well as my product key. I am using Mathcad Release N/A and DatecodeN/AMathcad launches but does not now show an active window. There is no icon on the taskbar but we can see it running in the background via task manager. This software was working no issues a few days prior, what we have tried is the following : Remove/reinstall, restart, shutdown, updated all drivers, applied windows updates.Can you please help us get this software working? thanks

I just changed my laptop. Why is it so hard to reinstall MathCAD Express? The download link in the mailbox doesn't work anymore, and when I sign up for a new trial nobody sends me any email. If you could provide me a download link I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
