Mathcad Installation

cant log in

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.0.0 How would I solve this equation in mathcad: y’=(A’c*l1+A’c*l2+wcb*y’2/2)/(A’c*2+13*y’) where A’c=5.336in2, l1=26in, l2=18in, wcb=13in and y is in inches Tried using the solve block but getting errors saying variable A'c is undefined. Can solve it without units and entering the variables manually but assuming there is a better way.

Hello Ladies and Getelman, I am a student of the TU-Wien in engenering. I really like the Cad lessons and have great fun creating parts and assemplys with Creo butrecently my licensestoped working. I tryed activating it again with the installation guide providet by the TU but every time i try to put in the licencing Code It just says Error (Fehler!). I asked my proffesors about this and they just sayed that it looks like they can´t do anything and i should figure out a allternative like working on the projekts from a friends PC. But a have a assiment due the 24. and every student got a differnet one so i would have to make everything again with took an entire semester with 4 weekly hours each and many more at home. I don´t know what i can do, maybe i am just to dumb to install a new license. I would really appriciate a repply with a solution to my problem if there is one. I am a long time user of pre-Prime MathCad and have until recently been using MathCad14. I had a quick test drive of Prime when it was first launched and hated it. For reasons beyond my control, I have had to do a fresh re-installation of Windows 11 Pro. I have reinstalled MathCad but now I am unable to register its licence (“Error 403 - Forbidden”).Can anyone confirm if I should be able to continue using my old MathCad? Or has the licensing for this been discontinued? 

Hi people. I followed the program and installed the student version of Mathcad but can not start it on my computer. Any advice ?

I could not find any other support, so I decided to write the message here. I am a student and our school uses Mathcad 11. I received a code for Mathcad pro from my teacher, but I am unable to activate it. I downloaded the software and it shows that I have the free version, and that I can activate the pro version by clicking a button on the top right. I did that and got to the licence assistant. I logged in and put the code in, but it gives me an error message "server error" after I try to install the licence. A link leads me to here: "https://support.ptc.com/appserver/support/account/contact_customer_care.jsp", but I either don't get any help from there, or I am unable to access it due to not having the correct web account. I am unable to upgrade my web account, because I don't have the data required to do so. The only thing I have is the code and the need to get this app so i can work with it in school.

When I try to download my licence to install the 30 days pro version of Mathcad a Server error shows up

Maximum trial for licensing has been end but acquisition has not been done.

Hello,I finally managed to install and run PTC Mathcad Prime 12 after solving multiple installation issues.At first, the application would not start at all and crashed with the following error in Event Viewer:"Cannot locate resource 'worksheetresources.xaml'"The issue was related to the Windows display language. After changing Windows from Polish to English and reinstalling Mathcad, the application now starts correctly.However, I now have a licensing problem.When I try to activate the 30-day trial, the License Wizard first showed several "Server Error" messages. After multiple attempts, I now receive this error:"You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type."As a result, Mathcad only works in Express mode and I cannot activate the trial license.Could someone from PTC please:reset my trial activation limit, assign a trial license to my account, or provide manual activation instructions?I would really appreciate any help.Thank you.

Hello,I am trying to install PTC Mathcad Prime 12 trial, but the application does not start.After installation, nothing happens when I launch it. I have book Essential MATHCAD for Engineering, Science, and Math 2nd Edition, with Free Software CD Included. I have tried to installed the Software on my computer with the CD and this is the error message that I received:  Can you help me setup the licensure I have the product code?

We run FLEXnet on our company license server for Mathcad licenses. Currently on version 12. Our Mathcad license file has both permanent and subscription licenses of Mathcad Prime (and 15) in it. When a user runs Mathcad, the server first assigns a license from the permanent pool. If that pool fills up then it assigns a license from the subscription pool. The problem is when a user receives a license from the permanent pool, the license type shown within their Mathcad software says Home Use when it should say something like Commercial. This results in certain calculations being inaccessible and causing errors in their worksheet. But if a user receives a license from the subscription pool, the license type is shown as Subscription which should be fine.I would like to know why our Mathcad license server is serving us Home Use licenses instead of the commercial licenses we paid for, and how do we fix this?

I recently purchased a student licence for Mathcad Prime 12. After download, unzipping and installation, when I try to open the app, it automaticly crashes. After analyzing it with Eventviewer it seems that the app cannot locate resource 'worksheetresources.xaml'.What can I do about it?

I have bought a license for mathcad but i have not received anything from PTC. I am not able to do anything and PTC are completely unreachable by phone nor the global support mail.I need to activate my account which is not possible since i have not received anything from PTC.

I am using Mathcad Release 15.0 and DatecodeM045One user trying to open a DataFiles Folder .dat file and when they click Load Data nothing happens. It will not populate the Project Name, Wall No, or any of the other project information that the .dat file contains. However, the same project file works for every other user. Even on the same existing machine. We believed this would be windows profile specific issue but we completely blew the users profile away and had them log back in to create new profile with the same results. While I understand this product is end of life, we still have certain FDOT (Florida DOT) projects that they rely on us using this until the tools this old product provide can be resolved by new versions. We are sincerely hoping you may have suggestions and options for similar issues from past that you can provide input on.Here are the errors that I facedProject Information from .dat file will simply just not load for this one user only.
