Profile und die dazugehörigen Zeichnungen können nicht abgerufen werden

Hallo

Ich habe das Problem, dass 8 Bauteile aus meiner Baugruppe (ca. 50 Teile) nicht mehr geöffnet werden können und in der Baugruppe auch nicht mehr angezeigt werden. Es wurden schon Zeichnungen dazu erstellt, die sich jetzt auch nicht mehr öffnen lassen. Die Teile wurden aber seit einem Monat nicht mehr verändert, oder umbenannt, oder auch anders Referenziert. Wie kann ich die wiederherstellen, ohne das ich wieder von Anfang an beginnen muss? Ich benutze Creo 10 und es wurde alles auf einem USB-Stick gespeichert. Ich habe auch schon alles auf einen anderen USB-Stick kopiert, der aber auch den selben Fehler anzeigt.

You can also open a tech support case with PTC (assuming your company has a maintenance contract with PTC or a reseller) and sometimes they can "fix" the models so you don't lose the work. This may not be a quick process and it may not even be possible, based on the data provided to them.

Once you figure out how much work that was lost based on going back to older versions of the file you would be able to estimate how much time it would take you to get the files corrected.

Hi,

if you don't have all the files saved in one directory and if you don't have the search_path option set, then Creo can't find those 8 components.

Danke Martin, ich habe alle Bauteile eigentlich in einem Arbeitsverzeichnis. Ich habe die Teile heute Vormittag um 9 Uhr noch normal öffnen können und um 11 Uhr sind sie dann nicht mehr gegangen

are you able to open MartinHanak_0-1754393784121.png in separate Creo window?

Please start new Creo session and try it.

If the components are listed as missing, you can try RMB and select Retrieve Missing Component then locate the files.

    Ich habe es gerade versucht, leider öffnet sich die Datei nicht und es bleibt der Fehler

    Do you have any older versions of the parts in your directory?  Try opening an older version.

    When opening the model, you can select Tools menu and check All Versions to see the older files.

    Can you share your models? Or just one of that parts that can't be retrieved?

    Ja ich erstelle gerade eine ZIP_Datei von dem gesamten Projekt, diese dauert aber noch ein wenig ca. 20 MInuten

    Wie kann ich Ihnen dies so teilen?

    in your problem description there is the following sentence ... Ich benutze Creo 10 und es wurde alles auf einem USB-Stick gespeichert.

    Maybe saving data on USB-Stick is the root of the problem. Personally, I always save data to internal or network drive. I use USB-Stick for "data transport", only.
