Dear PTC Academic Support,I am a student at FH JOANNEUM in Austria and downloaded Creo Parametric 12 through the PTC Education website.During installation, after entering my PTC credentials, the installer displays “Success”. However, the licensing step fails with “License not available”.The generated license file in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing is 0 KB. Hi PTC Community Support,I recently had to reset my laptop and lost my previous installation files. When attempting to reinstall and license Creo, the automated installer fails at the License Identification screen and displays a red "Error!" next to the product code.Here are my machine and license details: Product Code: BK130602EDUNIVERSITYED Host ID (MAC Address): 8C-47-BE-1A-79-E7 Software Version: Creo 13.4.0.0 (University Edition) OS: Windows Could someone from the support team please generate and send the node-locked license file associated with this Host ID?Thank you for your assistance!

I have a Mathcad Prime 12 Student Edition One-time License and product key, but Mathcad signed me out of my account and now wont accept the product key i purchased. Its not expired. How to fix?

HelloI have the educational license of CREO12.4.0.0 joyfully running for 12 months, and now the license has expired. I downloaded the winzip file of creo12.4.0.0, and ran the install_license_server_exe file, in the hope that I only have to renew the license, and not reinstall the whole software. However, in the process, I stumble upon this message:Access Denied - Insufficient PrivilegesYour web account does not hold the following required privileges to access the application:License Management Reporting for read-only access. License Management Licensing for configuration and license file generation access.… and now I’m stuck. Can you fix this. Thanks in advance Lukas

Hello PTC Community,I am a student at AKAD University in Germany, and I am trying to install and activate PTC Creo Parametric 8.0.3.0 Student Edition for my CAD course.The software installation was completed successfully, but I cannot generate or activate the student license.I am using the product code provided in the official university installation instructions:BK800908EDSTUDENTEDUNIWhen I try to generate a Node-Locked License, I receive the following error:"The product(s) you are trying to install using this Product code are either already installed or do not exist on this Product Code. Ich bin bei dem Part von "Provide Information" / "Information angeben" und wenn ich das Produktcode angebe und die Host ID, ist es nicht möglich Weiter/Aquire license zu drücken. Hello everyone, I’m trying to install PTC Creo Student but I’m getting an error and I’m not sure what the problem is.The error message says:“Installation failed. Please check the installation log file for more information. Hello PTC Academic Support,I am a university student trying to install and use Creo Parametric 13 through my PTC Education/University license.During the License Identification step, when I enter my educational product code and click Install Licensing, I receive the following error:“You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type.”I understand that the maximum number of license requests associated with my product code has been reached. However, I would like to clarify that I have never actually been able to successfully activate, launch, or use Creo with this license.I had to reinstall and reconfigure Creo several times while trying different versions and troubleshooting the installation and licensing issues. I have downloaded the student version of Creo 12 and upon opening Creo Parametric I get the following error message: Error codes 21 and 5 show up. How do I resolve this issue? Please help 

I created a ptc account with my school email addres. Tried logging in into the MAthcad programm but that didnt work. So i tried with my private email(@gmail) obiously the license key i got from my school does only work on my school email. now i am having problems logging in into Mathcad and the programm doesent even work. Only the Mathcad Setupwizard works. What can you do? Maybe delete all of my information so i can clean restart and create a new account with my school email and try again?

Hello,I purchase the student licence and accidentally activated it on mi pc but i need it in my laptop. When I try teh suggested student licence transfer steps, It verifys my product code and then says my account does not have the privilages to perform the licence what can I do?Any tips or ideas as to how to solve it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello PTC Education Support,We are trying to register students for Creo University Edition, but the registration form rejects valid university email addresses from two Taiwanese universities:National Taiwan University of Science and Technology: @mail.ntust.edu.twMing Chi University of Technology: @mail2.mcut.edu.twBoth email systems are active, and the students can log in to their university mailboxes successfully. Hallo, ich habe kürzlich einen PTC Education Account erstellt, um Creo 13 kostenlos als Schüler zu nutzen. Beim Versuch, über den Installer oder my.ptc.com/licensing/dashboard eine Node-Locked-Lizenz zu generieren, bekomme ich die Meldung “Access Denied-Insufficent Privileges” (fehlende berechtigungen: “License Managment Reporting” und “License Managment Licensing”).
