Hello. I have a blender file containing a modeled paper airplane with an almost spider-weby texture on it, which I generated from an SVG. When I upload the blender file (or any of the other files blender can export and the model target generator will accept) I do not see the texture. Does the texture need to somehow be a part of the physical model? 

Hello, I am trying to make a fix for a turbine with some complex geometry in Creo 10.0. I don't want to just sketch a shape and extrude it, but rather I am trying to get it to follow a curve. This feels like it should be easy, but I am struggling with it. This is the shape and that is the type of curve I want it to follow. What is the best way to accomplish this. 

ThingWorx 9.7.1-b346 I have a mashup which is to contain multiple collections that will contain multiple cells each. The number of cells will depend on the user selected input parameters at run time; anywhere from 3 cells up to 12 is the most (I believe). Each of the collection widgets are using the same child mashup and will use the same configuration however will use data from different sources.My collections will be in a table format with each cell forming a row the full width of the container. My child mashup and the collection settings are such that each cell needs to be 100px tall, any shorter causes visibility issues for parts of the cell/child mashup.I need all collection cell rows to be visible at once, not hidden outside of the limits of a container requiring the user to scroll down in the collection container. With multiple collection cells having independent scrolls this can become a significant issue. I have not been able to have all cells visible without scrolling th

"Manuel Mode" is activated by itself during a job order run, without any error log. Manuel Mode button is not clicked. It's not a periodic issue, happens once a day or week. What can be the reason?

I'm looking for a method to insert a visible date stamp into a wirelist so that a reviewer can quickly verify when the wirelist report was generated. This datestamp needs to also be present in the CSV so that the datestamp is available when the CSV is exported. A datestamp can be added to the footer, but this footer does not get transferred to the CSV file (screenshot 1).If a row is added to the table with a datestamp, this row is repeated between every line, which is not the desired result (screenshot 2). Has anyone found a solution for this? It would be ideal if the footer would carry through to the CSV but this does not seem to be an option.

Anyone know if there is a good introduction for users of RV&S. It dosn't even have it's own page here on community (unless it's called something else)The only ones I see are for companies showing a better tool than RV&S.I have used Windchill for over 20 years and after 3 days trying to understand RV&S I really, really miss Windchill. RV&S is very not intuitive.

Hello!I am running a model of a bolted connection between 3 parts. Since CREO does not allow the use of the "Fastener" feature for 3 parts, I defined bonded surfaces to simulate the contact between parts. I also defined non-linear materials in order to evaluate plastic behavior of the system. When a bonded surface is defined in CREO, the program automatically creates measures for the interface forces. However, CREO only shows the interfaces measures when I run a static linear analysis (ignoring plasticity).Is there a workaround to be able to see interface measures when running a non-linear analysis with plasticity? Thanks!    

I’ve installed Codebeamer 22.10 LTS inside a Docker container, but I’m encountering the following error:Cache: oauth2StateCache has a maxElementsInMemory of 0. This might lead to performance degradation or OutOfMemoryError at Terracotta client. From Ehcache 2.0 onwards this has been changed to mean a store with no capacity limit. Set it to 1 if you want no elements cached in memory.I attempted to resolve this by modifying the ehcache.xml file, which is located inside the JAR at:/home/appuser/codebeamer/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib/cb-22.10-LTS.jarThe original configuration was:I replaced it with the following configuration:However, the error persists. I am just putting this out there to see if anyone else has been noticing that anything that seems to check references, especially using "edit references" has become ridiculously slow in the latest releases (Creo 8, 9). In a 300 feature model, half of the time it can take up to 15min for it to display the dialog box with the references. This generally happens when there is sometimes only 2 or 3 references, and the CPU isn't even being taxed at all... generally 6-7%. My drive is an SSD, and the files are local; so I can rule out anything to do with the network. It just seems like a massive bug; amongst others ones that were introduced that have made core functionality a terrible experience.  The reference viewer also seems to extremely slower compared to Creo version 6.  8 and 9 seem to be some of the worst releases with regards to core functionality in a long time.

We are currently displaying 3D images in ACD 7.2. I understand that in ACD, users can rotate the 3D image using the middle button of a mouse.However, when our users work outside, they often only bring a laptop and do not use an external mouse.In such cases, we would like to request the addition of operation patterns that allow users to rotate the 3D image even without an external mouse. If that is difficult to implement, we would appreciate it if you could add more orientation patterns as an alternative to the rotation function.Specifically, we would be grateful if you could add more isometric view patterns in addition to the existing ISO1 and ISO2 angles.

The idea here is to give to the user the ability to turn off the active section while being active in another feature.

Version: Windchill 12.1 Use Case: Taking hours of time to get ESI response file GenerationDescription: After we upgraded Windchill 11.1 to 12.1 and also to database update to 19c,we are seeing significant increase in ESI response file generation. In Windchill 11.1,BOM with 500 parts with Options and assigned expressions used to take less than one minute and now it is taking more than 8 minutes. In most of business cases, we release more than 5 BOMs in sign ECN and that is taking 40 minutes to generate ESI Response file. Checked with PTC,they are saying that is expected behavior but it is not the case in Windchill 11.1. Posting the message here to check If anyone experienced similar issue. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A 3D model of a wire mesh net (1539.5 x 177.5 mm, wire diameter 0.5 mm). The pattern is created using 60 extrudes × 512 extrudes (total 30,720)a. First pattern (512 instances, 177.5 mm each) I used "Identical"b. Second pattern (60 instances, 1539.5 mm each) I used "General".Whenever I change pattern options—switching between "Variable", "General", and "Identical"—the regeneration time is about 3 minutes. Is there any way to reduce the regeneration time from minutes to just a few seconds?Note: I can't select both patterns as "Identical", because this prevents me from creating cuts/holes in the mesh model later due to self-intersecting surfaces. hence, I had to choose "General". But now regen time is too long.

I am trying to install Oracle 19c for Windchill 12.0.2. I had it installed once on this server, but wiped it out to fix an error with the upgrade process. Now Oracle will not install properly. When I do the install, the setup program makes changes to the files in the folder that I am installing from even though I tell the program to install Oracle to e:\Oracle19c. The install files are in my c:\users home folder. I do not get a DB_Home created, so the PTC configuration for Oracle will not run. I have deleted all references to Oracle in the registry before each install try.

Good day, everyone, I am in the process of setting up and testing the Intelligent Fastener Extension (IFX) for the company I work for, and I have successfully integrated some of our legacy data into IFX. However, I am struggling to import nested family table parts correctly. A bit of background:I was successful in getting our fasteners to appear in the screw dropdown (Metric Bolt FT DIN933 SS). However, the length selection was not available, and I was unable to place the fastener set.   After some investigation, I realized that the family table instance did not include the length of each bolt. Instead, the file was nested by bolt size, with the length only available in the lower levels of the family tables. This led me to conclude that this might be why the length did not populate.  I would like to know if the Intelligent Fastener Extension (IFX) is compatible with nested family tables.
