I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.2.6In one of the server, we have installed the Thingworx 9.2.6, After that deploying the Packages unable to launch the Thingworx server. Meanwhile, Tomcat server is auto stopping. Tomcat Version: 9.0.56

Hello Everybody,I'm trying to connect Kepware OPC-UA Client driver to remote OPC-UA Server to read about 50K tags.It looks like the communication is too slow and other client, that connects to Kepware and read these tags experience read failures and doesn't read all of them and about 50% of tags signed with bad values. Event log of Kepware filled with lot of events like "The subscription id is not valid.",Status code = 0X80280000.(At the attached picture)Is it anywhere recommendations about good configuration practice on OPC-UA Client driver?And what are the sizing recommendations (amount of tags, devices and channels) for Kepware server?Thanks a lot

I am using Creo Simulate Release 11 and Datecode11.0.1.0We have created fnf file in creo simulate using FEA mode, then we loaded the fnf in creo simulate UI using external file with temp on required node. During loading we set reference temp as 22, after seeing in previews it shows 0 as ref temp.We ran multiple thermostructure analysis, but it shows its not taking 22 as ref temp. & showing worst resultAlso not loading controlled mesh in Creo simulateCreo version: 11.0.1.0

I want to reinstall my oldish (purchased in 2012) Mathcad 15 to work on some support files for one of my old textbooks. The license file manager tells me that the feature isn't available anymore for the product. I think this may be because I bought it as an upgrade from Mathcad 14. So as an alternative I tried to install my copy of 14, but it too was an upgrade from the previous version and I don't have my installation media for Mathcad 13 anymore. Any suggestions?

I have accidently pushed something while save matchad and this header and footer appeared and I cannot seem to get rid of it 

Does the wrap command work in assembly mode? Specifically, I'd like to wrap a cosmetic sketch around a part's cylinder of an assembly model. Is this an option? For me, working in Creo 2.0 M250 currently, this seems impossible since while wrap is visible in the model>modifiers overflow tab, it's always greyed out. I can do it in the part file, so will result to that if all else fails.

Good morning, everyone. Sorry to bother you, but I would like to ask a question regarding the Vuforia Studio and its compatibility with the OS Windows Server. Is it possible to install Vuforia Studio on a Windows Server 2022, please? The context is that I was trying to install Vuforia Studio 9.25 in a Windows Server 2022, and in the same machine is installed the Experience Service with Thingworx, and I would like to have Vuforia Studio and Experience Service on the same computer. However, I could not manage to boot the installer because of the extension appxbundle, and after that, I went to the Help Center to see the compatibility with the OS, and it said that it was only compatible with Windows 10 and 11, and to be sure, I would like to ask if it's possible and if there is a way to install it on a Windows Server 2022. Thank you very much, Kind Regards, Alex Usatai 

Hi, I have an unwrapped curve of an oblique cut of a cylinder that I want to make it visible only in one view. The easy answer would be "make that view independent of the drawing layer status". But my situation is more complicated as the configuration of my assembly changes and it depends on the Drawing Program. So by making it independent I will make visible ALL the layers that otherwise should not be visible. Any idea how to resolve this "unresolvable" situation. All ideas are welcomed, not only ones realted to layers display: creating a new view overimposed of the existing one with just the curve on it or anything that could do the job. Cannot get a license for my MC14 which I installed on a new Windows 11 computer.When I run the Mathcad License Setup Wizard and log into my account, I get the ERROR: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.MORE INFO:The old computer hard drive failed so I need to install MC14 on the new computer.This MC14 is an upgrade from MC 13. So, I also installed MC13 first along with the required .NET framework on the new computer. Document Classification? This topic comes up from time to time, but not consistently. I thought it would be a good idea to start a discussion on the topic to help gain better insight to the customers interested and their use cases. Some folks are genuinely interested in using PartsLink for documents, others are interested in something a bit lighter than PartsLink as a mean of not only classifying documents, but also enhancing the browse and search capabilities to make documents easier to find. My goal is to build a little momentum on this topic and start building a business case for supporting document classification in Windchill. We currently have one Thing in ThingWorx that connects to Windchill using a single app key. Now, we want to add another Thing with a different app key. The existing integrationRuntime-settings.json file is configured with the previous app key. How can we configure an additional app key to connect the new Thing to Windchill.

Hello Community,I’m currently got a new  use case where we have an existing Excel form that includes multiple text fields and checkboxes. The goal is to digitally fill out this form and then generate a PDF from it — all within a ThingWorx-based environment.Here’s the idea I’m considering:Convert the Excel structure into an HTML representation (including form fields and styling).Open this HTML form dynamically in the browser via ThingWorx.Allow users to fill in the fields (text, checkboxes, etc.).Finally, generate and save the completed form as a PDF.My question is:Is this workflow achievable directly in ThingWorx?Has anyone implemented something similar using ThingWorx + HTML + PDF generation? What are the best practices  I can consider for this? Note: We have around 80 plus excel files of customer which they normally fill out and save as pdf. Added a custom formprocessor on Create document with preProcess() method and set the FormProcessingStatus as NON_FATAL_ERROR.If the condition-X is success then adding my custom message as pop up instead of showing it on banner notification and user should be able to complete the creation of document.  But i am getting one more additional pop up as Object creation successful instead of usual banner notification.Need this instead of second pop up Is this intended to work like this when we use NON_FATAL_ERROR? Or Am i missing anything here?Regards,Nikhil

Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: Custom Jasper reports not working on Windchill 13Description: Hello, none of our custom Jasper reports seem to be working on Windchill version 13.0.2.2. However, these same reports were working fine on Windchill 12 version. The issue seems to be with the delegates. Jasper engine doesn't seem to be able to find the custom delegates and throws an error- 'Procedure doesn't exist'. I have attached the method server logs. Kindly provide us with some suggestion on how to resolve this.Thanks

Hi,I have created the overloaded CAD BOM in Creo, loaded them into Windchill, auto-associated WTParts with CAD Documents, and thoroughly defined Options and Variants. However, when I generate the Variant from the overloaded BOM in Windchill, it creates a variant assembly, but the top-level CAD variant is not being created and associated with the top-level Variant WTPart automatically. I have learned that an additional license module for Creo is required to generate the top-level variant CAD. Could anyone please advise which license module I should purchase to enable this feature?
