Custom Jasper reports not running on Windchill 13.0.2.2

Version: Windchill 13.0

 

Use Case: Custom Jasper reports not working on Windchill 13


Description:

Hello, none of our custom Jasper reports seem to be working on Windchill version 13.0.2.2. However, these same reports were working fine on Windchill 12 version. The issue seems to be with the delegates. Jasper engine doesn't seem to be able to find the custom delegates and throws an error- 'Procedure doesn't exist'. I have attached the method server logs. Kindly provide us with some suggestion on how to resolve this.

Hi @RK_10805837 

It seams that there is some class changes and you have to rebuild your report to the newest class library usage
