I'm looking for a Creo expert (paid if needed) to assist me moving all my customizations to a new PC.A back and forth thru this forum/emails is not workable for me. I need someone to connect to the PC then resolve all issues preventing my Creo customizations from working on the new PC. Old PC with working customize files = Creo Direct Modeling 20.7New PC that these customizations do not work on = Creo Direct Modeling release 20.8 Thank you for your help.

Software: Arbortext Editor 5.4 M080 Hello everyone, My colleague's computer crashed when Arbortext Editor was running, and ever since the error A12480 has been thrown whenever trying to open the application.  The application has been reinstalled, repaired and the computer has been fully reset and the application has been re-installed after, but still the error message is thrown. The user uses the same concurrent license server as other users are using, but they experience no issues at all. Thanks in advance for any advice what may be the culprit.

Hello, We have one assembly drawing, and it has 4 components in part table. These 4 components are having multiple part numbers (Likewise family table A123Z_G (generic) A123Z01, A123Z02....A123Z150) Also it has variants like Different pipe size (0.5", 1", 1.5", 2" etc) Different weld type (like fillet, v-groove type, bevel etc.) material (Mild Steel, Stainless steel, Aluminum, Bronze etc.) By considering of these much of parameters and some more, we need to create one master data table in creo drawing which will be working by drop down option and the final output part table should be viewed  on main drawing sheet basis on selection of drop down filters. This is just like a complex excel sheet which has master data, drop down filters and one output tab which shows the exact result based on drop down selection. Do we incorporate the master tables, Drop down tables and Output tables in Creo drawing?

Hi Community, I am facing an issue while using the Dashboard Widget in ThingWorx.Whenever I select a Group from the dashboard, I receive the following error message on the Runtime UI:"Error retrieving dashboard. Greetings, Not sure if this is a Windcill or CAD file or network issue. Has anyone ever had issues opening files in Windchill but another person does not? I have cleared cache, cleared workspace, reset Windchill and still not able to open. One thing to note: We work on different networks that I guess tap into a shared Windchill. This may have something to do with it? I have seen problems with syncing checked in/checked out files. If so, what fixes the problem? Wayne

Hello. I am developing an AR measurement system in Unity using Vuforia Engine for a Windows Standalone build rather than UWP. My goal is to track a single Image Target moving on a perfectly flat physical table to precisely extract its spatial coordinates.I have tested this setup using both a standard PC webcam and an external Canon DSLR camera with a 50mm lens. Using the 50mm lens significantly improved the overall tracking precision and almost completely eliminated the "bowl effect" spatial distortion caused by wide-angle lenses, but a systematic error persists. As I slide the target away from the center of the camera along the depth axis, the tracked height systematically drops or rises instead of remaining at zero. Hello, I use Python to extract data from Mathcad Prime files, based on the previous post below. One thing I noticed is that our Python tool will crash when you have a new line in a text region. Getting rid of the new line in the text region gets rid of the crashing issue. When I go into the Mathcad .zip file with all of the XML data, I do not see any difference between two files - one with text with a new line and one  with no new line. Where would I find the new line data in the text region? Hi, I am having the following issue:When trying to insert an OLE Object like a Visio file or an Excel file my computer fails to generate a preview thumbnail. Hello,   Several years ago, our PTC representative provide us a FDO called "copyCrossDomain", that allow copy of document content from one type to another one. We have not used it yet, but some user ask me for such a feature.    This FDO consist of a single JAR file, that's easy to set up. But the version we got contains bugs  : for example, a bug when pasting hierarchically linked contents Does anyone use this FDO, and could have an improved version ? I'm trying to implement a report on codebeamer. The reviewer asks for a excel-like view. I'm trying to make a table that comes with some rows/columns that ain't fields so that the whole table fits reviewers taste and don't mess up the tracker's configuration.Is there any way to implement it??Also, I tried to use the "hide if" function to hide some particular fields if the Assigned to member is not the particular one, but the formular doesn't work out as error message says"save the trackers configuration before use the newly added field". The formular I used is "assignedTo != 1288" and also tried "  'Assigned to' !=1288". Neither way works. I'm so confused what is the "newly added fields" because the "Assigned to" is a system field and any single types of this field is recognized as a new field......

Is there a search and replace feature in windchill RV&S 12.5.03, When I open either a requirements document or a test protocol document, there is a option to search by selecting view->search text, but I have a need for searching and replacing the entire document.

I created a script as shown in the image and saved it as a .lst file. I also referenced the same file in config.pro. However, when I create a new parameter in Creo, the dropdown list does not appear.Please help me resolve this issue. Note - I also tried with .txt file instead of .lstCreo Version - 11.0.5.0

I am using Mathcad V15.  I have started playing with using controls in some of my sheets to limit certain variables to having only certain inputs.  In my one sheet, I added a list box control for a variable, and the only choices the user could select would be "B", "C", or "D".  When I finished my sheet, I set the variable to selection "C", saved and then closed.  When I reopened the sheet, the selection of "C" for the variable was cleared.  Is there a reason why the sheet did not retain the selection for the control?  Is there a setting somewhere that I can change that will allow the selection to remain?  Thank you!
