Pre-requisite for "Publish AR Experience"

Version: Windchill 12.1

Use Case: We are in windchill 12.1 and with CAD system Solidworks. What is the pre-requisite to get the "Publish AR Experience" functionality? FYI : My Admin profile has this to be shown. but the option is not visible. Any license needed like Vuforia?
