I received an email about this from PTC <communications@demand.ptc.com>. Seems odd. Is this legit or a scam?

Our customer success manager from PTC reached out to us on this so I'm assuming it's legit.

Multiple individuals at my site have received same "Notice of Windchill and FlexPLM Critical Vulnerability" from @demand.ptc.com. We are NOT a Windchill customer or FlexPLM customer. Appears to be sent to people with PTC.com accounts but unable to confirm. NO notice posted on PTC tech support dashboard. Opened case with PTC Tech support but no confirmation

UPDATE: From zgodula's (THANKS!) comment above and other sources, this appears to be a legitimate email advising a critical issue for Windchill/Windchill FlexPLM.

We're in the middle of an emergency call at the office right now, so unfortunately we can't fully open the article because no one can find the right account.
Can anyone tell me what's in it?
