Hello All, I am trying to simulate effect of wind load on glass railing holder which is fitted to ground via. screws. so after defining the constraints , contacts and loads when I review the results I observe that the glass holder penetrates into the ground. see attached screenshot.Can you please advise why is it so and how can it be resolved? I would appreciate your help with it.

Solidworks 2022 Professional installed on the Windchill Server running on Azure VM. OS is MS Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Azure Edition and I am aware that it is not supported by the book.Installed Creo View Adapters 10.0, both SOLIDWORKS and OFFICE worker agents and workers have been setup. OFFICE worker starts and becomes available (though not tested in practice), while SOLIDWORKS is always "Off" or "Fails to start".Both swbatch.bat and swrunInteractive start without problems: I had luck converting a test.sldprt file in the local adapter folder with swbatch and swrunInteractive brings up the Solidworks GUI.swworker.bat fails when started directly from the setup folder. In the monitor log file I get the following line "Got version 8 INIT FAILURE (with no description) from WVS.". It is funny that I don't get the same error when I start the Worker agent from the Administration window, but rather "Got INIT SUCCESS reply", However the worker log file states "sw2pv Error:58000: Failed to

Hi everyone,I wanted to share an issue I ran into while working on stress intensity factor () calculations in Mathcad, and see if anyone has advice on how to resolve it. When I calculated , Mathcad returned results with strange units: ΔK(a0) = 6.013×10^6 lb / (ft^0.5·s^2). That term in the denominator makes no sense — stress intensity factor units should be something like ksi√in (force / length^1.5), with no time dimensions.It seems that Mathcad is treating lb as pound-mass (lbm) instead of pound-force (lbf). Because of that, it introduces extra time units through when it tries to reconcile the dimensions. This appears to be why an is showing up in the denominator. Even after trying to redefine lb as lbf in my worksheet, Mathcad still seems to carry the time unit into the result. I can’t just delete the s^2 term — it keeps reappearing.Has anyone else run into this issue where Mathcad sneaks in an term when working with fracture mechanics equations? I have designed the schematics and assigned the color codes (e.g., BR, BL, BK, etc.). After exporting the XML file and importing it into Creo Parametric, everything appears as per the schematics, but the wire colors or cable details are not being reflected.Does anyone know why this happens and what the resolution might be?From what I understand, this could be related to the DMT file settings in the model. However, I’m not sure about the correct sequence or procedure to resolve this.If anyone has insights or the correct steps to fix this, please let me know

I have purchased a new computer because my old computer can not be updated to windows 11. I have Mathcad 14, #15, Mathcad Prime 3.1 on my old computer. I want to put them on my new computer and my question is whether I can copy the files to a usb drive and put them onto my new computer? Or cand is download the from and old download file? I have a huge library of existing parts and assemblies that were all created with the same start part and start assembly files. If I make a change to the start part or start assembly templates, will that have any effect on existing parts and assemblies, or will it only be applied to new parts or assemblies created after the template change?

Version: Windchill 13.0   Use Case: Check-in is causing Creo to crash. Description: We have just upgraded to Windchill 13.0.2.0 and Creo 10.4.0. When doing a Custom Check-In, Creo is crashing with a fatal error and all work is lost. We have asked the user to do a Save before doing the Check-In and that seems to help, but it is adding an extra step. Has anyone else seen this issue with this combination of Creo and Windchill? At my last job we had Windchill 13.0.2.3 with both Creo 9.0.9.0 and Creo 11.0.3.0 and did not encounter any issues.

Hi All,We have developed an external portal that downloads document content from Windchill using the Windchill OData REST APIs on behalf of users who do not have Windchill accounts. To facilitate this, we have set up a service account that connects to Windchill to retrieve the necessary data. This setup is functioning well.Now, we need to track the number of users accessing this portal and downloading content from Windchill for licensing compliance purposes. One approach is to have the portal track this information and share it with the Windchill team. However, as more portals and applications are being developed to access Windchill data for non-Windchill users, we need to design a solution within Windchill to effectively monitor and record usage.I have not found any features within the Windchill REST API framework that would assist in achieving this tracking. Hello,I'm having trouble with Creo View Adapters proe2pv.rcp settings. When assembly has multiple multibody parts all of them are published using one shape and same is for having multiple parts with flexibility.This should be easily fixed by changing conversion mode to full, but I end up with the same result no matter which conversion mode I select. Only way I can verify is when I choose Conversion Mode: Minimum Memory, I can see in log file waring as this function is deprecated."proe2pv Warning: Publishing job with deprecated option - Conversion Mode: Minimum Memory. This recipe option will be removed in a future release of Creo View Adapter." If I run in batch mode from command prompt I can see that output is only one *.ol file for each assembly component. Publish jobs are run from Windchill and worker is on separate server. We are using Creo 10.0.5.0 and Creo view adapters 11.0.0.0. Any Ideas why is that happening? Or what I'm doing wrong? /Girts

This role is optional, we don't need to assign people to this role every time.2. I don't have a customer number or SCN, just a web account to manage my license.I have a version of Mathcad 14, I know it's old, but it works for what I do.My problem is reinstalling it on a new Windows 11 Laptop. It is on my Windows 10 Laptop but after a Windows update the operating system failed and is irreparable. The link I had to the Single User License is:https://support.ptc.com/appserver/lm/mathcad/call_logger/callLogger.jsp, and it worked but after entering the product code I get this error message:Invalid parameter values have been passed in. The application cannot continue. I couldn't log a case from that screen as well.   From what I'm reading MathCad license retrieval may no longer be supported.    I May have to abandon it and go to Smath Studio or some other program.
