reloading Mathcad in new windows 11 computer

Question

I have purchased a new computer because my old computer can not be updated to windows 11. I have Mathcad 14, #15, Mathcad Prime 3.1 on my old computer. I want to put them on my new computer and my question is whether I can copy the files to a usb drive and put them onto my new computer? Or cand is download the from and old download file? Or do I new to get a new download from PTC?
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Then you know that all versions of Mathcad and Prime are no longer supported. The installation sources are no longer available for download so unless you have CD's or other source files for installation, installation is going to be a challenge.
I recently read that someone copied over the entire Mathcad 15 directory and the license file to another PC and had it running, so you could try that.

It seems that the single user license transfer for legacy versions of Mathcad is no longer working. I can get to the Step 1 where it asks for the product (Mathcad 14 in my case) and the product code, unfortunately Step 2 is disabled and defaults to a blank and useless licensing dashboard.

I have logged a case with PTC and they closed it on the spot, telling me to find help here.

If anyone from PTC has a solution for me to allow to keep using 25 years of legacy code (which does not transfer to Prime without considerable rewrite), that would be highly appreciated.
