I need some cabling support, specifically: I need to run a series of cables through a conduit. I use the route network first, then the route cables. To have them side by side, I copy the network of the first one, at least for the straight segment. What I need is if there's a way, when I route cables, that my cables must fit inside my conduit, so I can set some clearances. If there are a lot of cables and they don't fit within the clearances, please let me know. Basically, I need the same thing you use for the holes; that is, I set the maximum clearance diameter through which certain cables can pass, but instead of circular areas, I need rectangular areas since they're conduits.Thanks in advance.

We have ThingWorx 10.1.0-b47.  It appears that the "Service editor theme" in User Preferences is not working.  I believe it was still working as expected before we upgraded as I utilized the "Dark" theme.  Now it appears to use "Light" no matter which setting I select. Can anyone else confirm this behavior in TW 10.1?

I am running model check on a top level assembly. When I look at the assembly report there are parts that have errors however when i go into those parts or open them separately to run model check there are no errors.

I am trying to achieve one or both things - Disable what I’ll call “context-based filters” for commands. For instance - in order to add a hatch to a surface in a drawing, as far as I can tell, I must have layout tab active, and surface selected as the selection filter. If these aren’t absolute requirements, there seem to be many cases where hatch/fill isn’t available to me. It isn’t always intuitive to determine how to “expose” certain commands, and so I’d like to be able to disable default “context-based filters.”  If above isn’t possible, is there a clear way to review commands and see what their requirements are? In the above example - how to know the requirements of ‘hatch/fill.’ I find it cumbersome to look up and remember the conditions for each command. I have been doing this and creating my own table, but it is becoming a burden to my workflow.If neither are possible, “not possible” will suffice. Thanks in advance.

Hi All, some time ago I made a customization which automatically writes the values we want to the OOTB line number attribute in wtparts at check-in, using a listener.But as it turns out, reality is always more complex than the plan you have and your users say they want...As of now, I found no way to ‘unset’ (aka delete) an existing line number. Years ago, I purchase a WF 5.0 Student license. I tied the license to a USB network adapter, so I could move it to a new computer without having to request another license. This process was performed by a forum moderator.Recently, my network adapter failed.I requested the current process for moving a license to a new network card. hole_file_resolution use internal How do I updated old files so that any hole callout they are using is saved internally, without going back through every part and updating every hole callout? Up till now, cad files have not been saving .hol files internally.The .hol files have since been updated to include default_callout_format_data. (which allowed me to combine multiple files into one)So using the same file names on .hol callouts wont work, because I was able to reduce the total number required.The main issue, now when I go to put in a hole, there are multiple ‘Thread Type’ selections and half of them will be unused going forward.But if I remove them, old files will contain incomplete hole callouts due to the ‘hole_file_resolution use internal’ not being set when the part was created.Hiding the old .hol files so they can still be read but are not displayed would be acceptable as well, but I’m not seeing any options for that.Any suggestions on how to use the new .hol files without wa

Hello !I run Creo 9.0.12.0 and I set the config.pro option auto_add_remove to yes. However, it looks like the option is not applied by Creo. No matter what side I move the extrusion arrow, I still have to select “Remove Material” to, well, remove material. Any insight here, please ? Google found nothing so far.Thanks !

Current version: Windchill 12.1 with Creo Elements/Direct Modeling 20.7 When using CED Modeling in combination with Windchill, it is possible to show Windchill attributes in the structure browser through structure browser views. It would be great to have these attributes also shown in the tooltip when hovering over a component (instead of showing the structure browser path of the selected component) in order to have more clarity/information when navigating the viewport.
