is the license server down again ?       nearly every 6 month the same issues….that's annoying

using creo modeling express 9.0

• the last 2..3  days I had to confirm the ‘proxy’ question again ..  - leaving it empty and apply and it continued starting 
• yesterday it stopped starting complete 
• this morning I had to enter my email and password (or to register as a new person)  .   and it started afterwards quite fine
• right now it started without any interaction and is running fine
  • Tue Apr 21 15:08:16 CEST 2026

It looks like a short hickup!
