Has Anyone Successfully Upgraded a WF 5.0 Account to Permit License Management?
Years ago, I purchase a WF 5.0 Student license. I tied the license to a USB network adapter, so I could move it to a new computer without having to request another license. This process was performed by a forum moderator.
Recently, my network adapter failed.
I requested the current process for moving a license to a new network card. I was provided with this link: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS20911
I’m trying to work through this process but keep running into obstacles. (Remember, I’m starting from a PTC Community account and trying to upgrade it to a license management account.)
