ModelCheck not matching Assembly Parts

I am running model check on a top level assembly. When I look at the assembly report there are parts that have errors however when i go into those parts or open them separately to run model check there are no errors.

If you click the part in the hyperlink as shown in your image, it should show you what the error is on the part.

That's my issue. They do not match. When I click on the part it says no errors despite saying there are errors in the assembly view.
