Mathcad Prime 12 missing .xaml files after installation

I recently purchased a student licence for Mathcad Prime 12. After download, unzipping and installation, when I try to open the app, it automaticly crashes. After analyzing it with Eventviewer it seems that the app cannot locate resource 'worksheetresources.xaml'.
What can I do about it?

If your system language is not one of US English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Simplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese, please change it to one of those languages and then try opening Mathcad Prime 12.
