There are a couple of options for this.

One of the simplest is to use NItro-BOM (it has both standard and batch options) to extract the parameters to Excel, make the changes, and then confirm operations were created, modified, deleted.  Nitro-BOM can be used for other purposes beyond this - but it is really good for this problem/usecase.

If you are looking to do more advanced workflows, you could also look at Nitro-CELL or even CREOSON if you wanted to program your workflow at a lower level.
