Adding raw material weight in BOM

Dear all,

 

Im new to proE drawings. could anyone help me, how i can add the raw material size in BOM?

 

i.e. : I need to create couple of Ø30 holes in a steel flat 150x60x25mm (raw material)

 

Also Is it possible if i choose via top down design approach?
