Is there some reason an extensive cookie list is being displayed at the bottom of the Learning Connector homepage?  I don’t see this same thing on the main ptc.com site or on the support.ptc.com site.  Thanks.  

I am almost positive I've seen a video or read a tutorial somewhere that showed how to compare two different versions of the same model in Creo Parametric when connected to Windchill.  If I remember correctly, to get around the workspace limitations one of them was automatically renamed on the fly.  Does anyone remember seeing something like this or know where it's located?  Thanks!

When attempting to register for training through PTC University, I received an error stating “You are no longer Partner Verified in LDAP”.  I reached out to Training Central for assistance and was informed that my partner status was not verified through PTC.com and that I needed to reach out to PTC Support via the ESupport site for further assistance.  Could you assist me with resolving this issue and also provide me with resolution steps that I could pass on to my colleagues that might run into the same issue?  Thank you

When I navigate through the platform, I haven't found clear access points or download links for these types of materials. Could you please provide guidance on where I can find and download these resources? Not able to login ptc field academy with my username. Getting error message as User ID or password is incorrect. But with same credentials I am able to login to PTC Support page.   I tried changing password as well, still I am getting incorrect id password.    

I have just installed creo parametric 10.0 version. But I can't run it, beacause when I open it says that "it is impossible to run  the Quality Agent" and associate this with error code 0x0600012 . Than the program automatically closes.

I have a mapkey which prompts the user for a name and selecte adrawing template. Everything works pretty good except the wait time to retrieve the drawing template (and format) from Windchill. Our dataserver is local so this is just the normal process time I guess to "add these objects to your WORKSPACE". It can take up to a minute, may not seen like a lot of time, but I know the users will start trying to kill the process thinking the mapkey is frozen.Just curious to see if how others are managing the "start drawing" procedure. I can have the drawing templates locally in the hard-drive but then thenformats are created in your WORKSPACE as *NEW OBJECT.Here are the steps I am using:* FILE -> NEW* Select DRAWING -> UNCHECK Use default template* Select USE TEMPLATE -> BROWSE* Select WINDCHILL CABINET -> Enter the template name (we have ~20 diff templates)* Select OKIt may be just a training issue and let the users know that this will take a while, at least for the first time.

Hi All,   I'm trying to prep a company wide training diet and want to use PTC's training central playlists as part of this, there are references to pre existing files throughout this training, a drone assembly being one, are these files available as a download or are they buried in the Creo installation somewhere?   I'm probably missing something obvious but any help would be appreciated,   many thanks Dave.
