I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.2.10 We followed the instructions described in the link: https://support.ptc.com/help/windchill/r13.0.2.0/en/index.html#page/Windchill_Help_Center/customization/WCCG_BusLogicCust_ReportGeneration_ReportSelection.html, to customize the psb report menu and add the entry for a custom menu. The result appears as shown in the attached image. I'm also attaching custom-action.xml and custom-actionmodels.xml. Can you help us understand what we may have done wrong? HiI have a parabola and *n* circles that need to be plotted simultaneously.The idea is that the value of *n* can be changed, and the plot updates automatically without me having to manually add plots.I have managed to plot the circles individually as upper and lower segments—this works fine, provided I can set up the indexing so that it plots all of them automatically.Additionally, I would like to plot the tangent slopes at the intersection points of the parabola and the circles—I have already calculated these—is this possible? My current go to- where i need to ajust number og circles as the number of piles change: Hope someone can helpBest regreads

I have a OPC UA server (on a siemens comfort panel) that I want to read in some tags on my Kepware Server 7.1.271.0 server. I’ve set up an OPC UA channel and device, and I’m able to perform automatic tag generation tasks (I’m able to see the tags I have configured over there). The problem is that when I then try to read Kepware’s tags from this, the tag quality is bad. Maybe about once a minute I get a message in the log that the OPC UA Client driver is reconnecting due to connection loss- which sometimes, but not always corresponds to one momentary instance when the tag quality goes good and I’m able to read in the tags. The authentication is not using any security policy or message mode. I’m a bit flummoxed because I’m able to set up an Unified Automation OPC UA client that can read from the client just fine on the same machine as the Kepware server with the same settings. We have a Kafka instance that utilizes Kerberos for authentication, and I want to set up an IOT Stream to push property data to it. I am successfully using Kerberos auth for a database connection from my Thingworx server (RHEL, Thingworx v10.1.1).  Do the Queue Providers support Kerberos authentication at this point?The Help Center documentation doesn’t provide much guidance on what values I should use in the Configuration of my Queue Provider.  It also seems like the only authentication available is username/password-based.  After some research I tried using “SASL_SSL” for Security Protocol and “GSSAPI” for SASL Mechanism, but I get this error: Save failed: Failed to connect to [MyQP]. I have an existing permanent node-locked educational license for Mathcad 15 and am moving Mathcad from my old computer to a new Windows 11 computer. I still have the original product code and existing license file. Mathcad 15 is installed and running to the point where it requests licensing. The Mathcad Single User/Student Get License page accepts my product code but redirects me to License Management, where my PTC account reports insufficient privileges. The Single User/Student Log Case option also does not proceed. I need assistance re-hosting my existing permanent Mathcad 15 license to the new computer and obtaining a replacement license file for the new Host ID. I can provide the old and new Host IDs, product code, and existing license file privately if required.

Hi all,I am trying to integrate Thingworx with a Dataverse table using API calls. I am trying to update a row, but that requires a PATCH call. The content loader functions only support GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE. Has anyone found success for making a PATCH call? I have tried overriding a PUT call as PATCH but that was not supported with the Dataverse API.TWX Version 10.0.3

Hello everybodyIt seems that the limit to constraint a conic arc is 4 points. I picked the start and end point and lay the arc as close to the 5 sketch points. Then i apply the constraints but it wont let me pick more than 4 unless i start making other dimensions References  like the Rho, etc.any ideas. i need to keep the Radius (Rh), so a Spline feature will not work and neither a Curve by points. i guess i can go back to Manufacturing and delete the rest of the sketcher points. thanks 

Why can’t assembly level annotations / notes reference component level feature dimensions using the part's Session ID like you can in 2D Drawings, this functionality works perfectly fine in 2D drawings but does not work in 3D annotations. Example: Calling out a C-Bore depth at the assembly level and using &dxxx:y to reference the depth of the C-Bore that is driven by dimension "xxx" on component with Session ID "y".This is confirmed to not currently be possible see, https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS93719There are several possible work around but being able to reference a component dimension directly is less convoluted and it is already possible in traditional 2D drawing environments. 

Hi everyone,We are currently developing a Creo TOOLKIT-based connector that synchronizes Creo models with an external system.As part of the synchronization workflow, the connector needs to detect changes made to the model (such as newly added parameters or geometry modifications). Before these changes can be synchronized, the model must first be saved so that the latest state is available. To avoid requiring users to manually save after every change, the connector automatically saves the model when necessary.However, we've observed that once the model is saved, the Undo history appears to be cleared. As a result, the user can no longer perform undo operations on the model that were enabled before the save.In some other CAD applications (e.g., Autodesk Inventor), saving the model does not clear the Undo history, allowing users to continue using Undo even after an autosave.I'd like to understand whether this behaviour is expected in Creo.Is it by design that File → Save (or ProMdlSave())

Hi guys,I’m working in Creo 12 and I do have some tables and BOM tables, and I'd like to change their anchor point. By that, I mean the position of the mouse cursor when I place them using "Table from File". Was wondering if someone has used a newer version of OpenDJ instead of the older PTC supplied 11.2 version. I downloaded the newer OpenDJ, but am unsure of how to set it up to mirror the 11.2 version. Many thanks in advance!

Hello, I have a drawing .drw in which I have to upload a .jpg image, then I have to export it in .dwg and send it to another person. This person can not see the image in the .dwg because he doesn’t have the original image.Is there a way to share the .dwg containing the image without sending also the .jpg to the other person?I would like to incorporate the .jpg in the .drw and not to upload it as a xreference.ps. As a degreed ME and former IT Manager of one of the first NT Pro/E installations, I can appreciate the value, first hand, that this forum brings to the user community and do not wish to dilute it in any manner (i.e. we have resisted the urge to throw out blanket advertisements). The reason I am posting this thread is that I have noticed that there have been a lot of basic Windchill admin questions posted that are covered in the "PTC Windchill PDMLink Business Administration Training". This course is typically offered to those who are going to be supporting a Windchill environment. For those of you who have progressed beyond the need for this training, perhaps you have counterparts or other support personnel that could benefit? The material is also applicable to those who may be running Pro/INTRALINK 9.1 as a large part of the course covers the same material.For

After a Wibdows 11 update some weeks ago, Microsoft Edge version 150 closes a few seconds after it is opened. This is not a problem for me normaly because I prefer to use Google Chrome. However Mathcad Prime seems to insist on using Edge.I have set Chrome as the default browser and then installed Prime 12.0.0.1 even though I use English as the Prime language. Still no good.Does anyone know how to get Mathcad Prime to use Chrome?Thanks for your help.

Please check my attachments,  it seems the filter popup conflicted with the system keyboard, I think, when I open the filter popup in the Dropdown widget, the filter input autofocus, then the keyboard appears, it causes the web browser to resize and re-layout, the filter popup will auto close in a flash. It must be mentioned that the IOS Safari browser doesn't have the issue above.

I own a perpetual Mathcad 14.0 M020 Single User license purchased directly from PTC. The legacy MCLicense.exe utility authenticates to my PTC account, but the activation request fails with HTTP 403 Forbidden before a license.dat is generated. Since license.dat is never created, Mathcad reports that C:\Program Files (x86)\Mathcad 14\licenses\license.dat does not exist. Can someone generate a replacement license.dat or License Pack manually?My old PC crashed so I am unable to locate the old file.
