Boundary Blend Suggestions

I'm having trouble constructing a surface using existing edges. The
objective is to be able to create an enclosed volume and "solidify".
See attached picture. I want to construct a surface through the yellow
curves. The rounds in the 4 corners seem to be causing the problems. I
added the orange and red curves to try to construct the desired surface
in 3 parts then merge them, but haven't been successful.
Suggestions?
