Change multiple descriptions in a repeat region?

Does anyone have a good solution for this?


I have tried these methods attached:


I have been able to successfully multiple part names but only one description.


After adding, I change the table values to rpt.rel.name and rpt.rel.var

I modified my orignal code as follows and it works great!


The issue seems to be with nesting the statements and putting the VAR== after all the descriptions and the NAME== after all the names.
