simulation of thermal expansion

I am working on thermal expansion simulation by using Creo Simulate, the temperature distribution of the assembly was calculated by FloEFD and then exported into Creo as thermal load, and constraint was also set on a surface. There was no error in these steps, but after the static analysis started for several minutes, the error showed like the picture below. And i checked the units and coordinate system, couldn't find any mistake. Does any guy have expience in this problem? thanks a lot!
