Creo view on IOS wont load the file

Hoping someone could point me into some direction with it
have one user on the floor, creo view on ipad, sent the pvz file (same that others are using) and it just opens creo view but doesnt show. Tried cloud host, local file, usb transfer, you click the pvz, open with creo view, and it just loads the default screen showing only the default preloaded gearbox part and does nothing.

Im not sure what more i can add

its an Apple ios device, version 16

Creo view version 4.1.0

nothing to screenshot aside from the default when you open creo view, i have since tried with a very basic model & it loads.

im assuming its to do with the intensity of the model but when exporting in creo there isnt any customisation to pvz/edz formats.
