I want to delete the following wording

I added a Torque Wrench to my animation.

And, when I preview it, it generates the text "Torque bolts to specified value".

This is because I added the Torque Wrench.

Is there any way to remove the other phrase, leaving only "Step 3"???

You need to edit your symbol to remove the procedure tag that has that text.

This can be done in the admin tool.

You could also edit the tag to change the text that gets displayed.

So you need to use the admin tool to edit the symbols.
If you don't have that installed you will need to do that first.

In there you should be able to edit all symbols.
