link in Creo View

We have these models that we're viewing in Creo View that has thousands of objects in them.  Some of the objects in model have an associated wtpart but the source model file we have doesn't automatically link the model parts because we're not using Creo as our model. 

Anyway, we can manually type in the wtpart number as a custom parameter in the source model and we can see it in Creo View. 

The question is, "Can Creo View automatically make a hyperlink to the wtpart if it recognizes that parameter as a wtpart number?"   

The vision is that the user would click on the object in the model, then its parameters would come up, one of which being the wtpart number, and then the user would click the hyperlink and get to the wtpart page in Windchill.
