Need utility/script to extract CREO part/assembly properties from folder level

I am using Creo Direct 7.0 7.0.0.0

Looking for any script or utility that will allow us to run on Folder level to extract CREO part or assembly properties information such as Part Name/ID, Description, Mass, inertia, Volume, Material name, and other manufacturing information like Torque if available.

We received set of Creo parts and assemblies from our customer that we would like to extract the properties information and prepare a Bill of material We only have Creo Design Advanced Plus and CREO Engineer II & III and no Windchill
