schematics catalog password set

Does anyone know how to set a password for a custom catalog in Creo Schematics? I followed the given instructions, but I'm still encountering an error.

 

F:\sch>"C:\Program Files\ptc\Creo 7.0.0.0\Schematics\x86e_win64\creoschematics\bin\password" set custome24 "ptc@123"

change_directory: cannot change working directory to custome24

I am attaching a quick powerpoint which may help. This also shows how to display the password to confirm it is set.
