Mathcad 15.0 Timeout with PTC licensing server during installation

So I'm trying to install Mathcad, but whenever It tries to connect with my PTC account, I get the message " Error: The connection has timed out. Please try again later." I know that I set up my account right, and I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me?
