配置最新许可之后，不能正常使用windchill

I am using Creo Parametric 6.0 6.0.6.0

给客户配置了最新的许可文件，安装好之后，之前的许可可以正常使用，但后面使用后面新的许可的用户不能使用windchil。

The latest license file is configured for the customer. After installation, the previous license can be used normally, but users who use the new license later cannot use windchill
