AR not publishing

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 2.0 (connected) 2.0 M220

Hi, Good day.

When i try to Publish Model or Manage Model in the AR tool i get an Error with service unavailable.

Could you help please.. thanks

I suspect that it may be an issue with your company firewall. It may be worth asking your company admin. Aside from that, I recommend opening a case with PTC's Tech Support.

Hi, everything looks to be running properly for me. What happens when you go here: https://app.ar-design.ptc.io/portal/#!/Personal/Models ?

    Thanks for your reply Lwestbrook, when i click on that link i get ( This site can’t provide a secure connection ) and it wont open..
