Adding file-shortcut to the ribbon.

I want to add a PDF file shortcut to the ribbon. has anyone been able to do
this? on Creo 1, 2 or Creo schematics 1 or 2?

This is what I'm thinking of doing to stick it to the man. I mean what are
they thinking? everything is hackable so why not make it easy to hack and
modify to our heart's content?

my solution:
I'm going to replace the PDF for the user guide with a PDF full of links.
(just tested it this works)

C:\path\creoschematics\pdf\usascii\creoschematics.pdf

So then I just distribute this link to everyone with my start-up script and
that should give them at least a mediocre help system with links to our
processes and such.

We pay a lot of dimes and all I get the the ability to figure it out my
self.
