Adjust Single Character Font in &REF Note

Hello, I am hoping that there might be a way to adjust a single character in a &REF note in my drawing. The issue is that my font does not discern between 1 and I and I hope to potentially adjust a single character of the note. I'm sure y'all are aware that attempting to edit the text it converts to something akin to "&REF_DES:" making a change to a single character impossible.
If there is a not a way to adjust a single character in the reference note, there will be no issue for me to replicate the reference leader note anyways.

    It's alright, this is fairly a simple thing to work around, I just wish there might've been an easy way to maintain the reference and then edit the transposed character text.
