Assembly mode: keep component at bottom of model tree

is there a command to keep a specific model at the bottom of the model tree so even after i add new components all new components will be inserted before said model?

yes, i know i can drag the drag the insert bar above the last model then drag it back under after component assemble of new parts, but i wanted something more automated for all the users.
