Good afternoon,
Currently just joined a company that used Creo 7.0, so I am very new to it. For the past 13 years, I have been using Siemens NX 2206 in association with TeamCenter PLM.
What would be the best Creo 7.0 self paced training to utilize in order to learn basic sketching, modeling, assemblies and drawings, preferably in that order?
I can start a sketch, however I am having issues figuring out how to finish the sketch and add 3D features in order to create an actual part.
Hope this makes sense 😂
Thanks in advance.,
Chris S
For Creo 7, which is about 4 years out of date, your best bet is YouTube for videos. For books, you can search on Amazon.com.
PTC has self-paced tutorials, if your company subscribes to them.
Basic modeling and drafting principles don't change much between the CAD systems, just the user interface and some of the internal naming conventions. Learning them can be a challenge, but provide a very powerful tool for making the system work for you.
Hi,
I recommend Youtube.com, too,
For example:

I would suggest starting here if you want to use PTC's training:
