Big file optimization

Hi,

I'm not a Creo user but I need to optimize a PKG file made with CoCreate with other 3D software like 3DMax.

The thing is the file has millions of polygons which makes it impossible to work with. We don't mind removing objects we don't in a marketing video, which is our purpose. 

Any advice on where can we hire someone to help us with this or what can we do?
