CREO 10.0.0 - Standard Tapped hole, Thru Thread depth setting missing?

Just started using CREO Parametric 10.0.0..... and notice that there is no option to set a standard tapped hole to have a thread depth through the entire length of the hole. For example, in part modeling making a hole-set references - set Standard type - set to thru-all depth setting- add tapping - go to Shape tab - the only option for thread depth is a blind specified value. No Thru Thread option.

When they added the "to reference" button they made it a drop down. Click on the blind depth button.

    Mine actually does not have those options. The drop down is there but it is just blank without options to choose no matter what hole depth setting I use.
