Question

Cable creating loops when routing. WHY????

Creo is creating these loops when I route the cable, but they are not shown in the network routing. Yes, the network is continuous. The cable assembly is 4 separate connectors but the wires from one go to different connectors so they need to be on the same network. I'm not sure why this is happening. I am not recieving any network errors.

Hi @FE_9782904 ,

I would recommend checking the spool's minimum radius dimension (min_ben_radius) and compare that to the radius of the network in the areas of the loops.  If the network radius has a tighter radius than what is defined as minimum in the spool,  the loop is created to prevent violating that minimum radius.

Cabling > Spools > Edit > Select the spool(s) > Ok then set the MIN_BEND_RADIUS
