Question

Can't add reference dimension to sketch

I would like to be able to find out the reference dimension from the blue lines to my orange sketch, but the "Reference" button is greyed out. Help me please.
I'm using Creo 2.0
On a nearby computer, my colleague is able to add this reference measurement. I tried to import its configuration settings - it didn't help. Just in case, I will attach a file with my configuration settings.

If you suspect it is related to your config then launch Creo using your colleague's config settings and test it on your machine. Without the model it is unlikely someone can troubleshoot this.

I did exactly what you suggested. Another settings file did not fix the situation. This happens to me in all my models. My colleague does not have this in the same models. But I don't mind attaching the model file 🙂

I'm sorry, I've only been working in Creo for a month, so I may not know exactly the terminology. I want to make a Sweep my trace. I click sweep and then go inside the sketch (by clicking on the pencil at the top left). And this is where I have the issue. Thank you so much for helping me!
