Clicking setup.exe has no response when installing Creo.

Clicking setup.exe during Creo installation produces no response. How can I solve this?

    Do you have admin rights on your workstation? 

    Use "Run as Adminitstrator" on Setup.exe.

    To use Run as Administrator. It still doesn't work. Run setup as an administrator. The cursor circles and there is no response. I have tried many times. It has been turned off. Firewall, security mode

    please publish hardware configuration of your computer + operating system version.

    Copy the installation files to a different location, such as C:\temp and run it from there. You probably have a special character in the current path.
