Component edges showing through shaded assembly

Components have coincident constraint on the far side surface but yet show through on the other side, see attached. This is causing massive slow downs when zooming and/or rotating, I have updated the anti aliasing options as well as a few more config options but still cant get rid of hem completely.
As soon as I hide the components causing this the assembly spins and zooms freely.... Any other config options that can be used?
