Create new part in the working directory from the VB interface?

Is it possible to create a new part in the working directory from the VB interface? If so, how?

What I need quickly is a simple VB program that will do the following:

• initialize a session, a new model and a new solid part
• create a simple solid object such as an extrusion
• save the result in a new part file
• as an extra bonus it would be nice to create two solids and save them to an assembly.

Somebody who knows hos to do it?
